Dave Matthews grew up in the business and spent 45 years in garment care. He owned Janet Davis Cleaners of Dearborn and Pioneer Cleaners of Dearborn before buying the Berkley company in 1997, rebuilt its plant and equipment, and ran it until his retirement on December 31, 2022. A former AWGS board member, he was named the association’s National Training Director in 2023, the same year he and Kyle received the Jack Barth Memorial Award of Excellence. More about our team →
