We have removed all harsh “perc” dry cleaning machines, upgraded to utilize Poseidon Wet Cleaning (the “greenest” cleaning method available) and DF2000 (a dry cleaning solvent safe for the environment and your clothes), and offer plastic bag and hanger recycling. We have also upgraded 100% of our overhead lighting to LED technology. We have insulation on all of our steam pipes to reduce our natural gas usage as well.

Environmentally Friendly & Odor-Free

We have replaced all our past “perc” dry cleaning machines with Poseidon Wet Cleaning (the “greenest” cleaning method available) and DF2000 (a dry cleaning solvent safe for the environment and your clothes). For our gown preservation service, for each gown preserved, we make a donation to The Arbor Day Foundation to offset the carbon emissions generated by the entire cleaning and preservation process.

You are not obligated to put something out each time. It’s ok to put out just one item when you put your bag out. There are NO minimums, NO delivery fees, or statement fees of any kind.

I entrusted Janet Davis Cleaners with my daughter’s Mac Duggal prom dress, made from very delicate organza. It arrived from Bloomingdale’s with noticeable creases, and I spent quite a bit of time researching a cleaner I could trust to remove them without damaging the fabric. Janet Davis Cleaners exceeded my expectations. They returned the dress looking absolutely flawless—every crease was gone, and the delicate organza was handled with exceptional care. Wonderful experience with wedding dress cleaning and preservation! Very friendly staff. My wedding gown had draped shoulders with beading, and they were honest that some of the beads could come off during the cleaning process, but they would do their best. They did an amazing job. My dress looks beautiful, and all the beads are still intact. I had an outdoor wedding and didn’t get my dress cleaned for a few years, yet it looks brand new! TYSM!

This cleaners is a class act! Welcome gift is a washing guide that’s very helpful, they have an text system that allows you to track your cleaning, you can notify them you’re en route to retrieve your dry cleaning so they can have it pulled and waiting. They are simply Awesome! First Class Service and Excellent Cleaning! I highly recommend them!

Thirty years ago Janet Davis Cleaners preserved my daughter's baptismal gown, a gift from my mom. I was overjoyed my granddaughter was recently able to wear this gown for her baptism! When we took the gown out of the preservation box, it looked exactly like it did when my daughter wore it…perfect!! Of course I returned to Janet Davis Cleaners to have them preserve this family heirloom again. The staff is top-notch and so incredibly sweet. My name is Jessica. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle taking care of my dress which consisted of steaming and getting it picture-perfect for my Big Day! He is so professional in what he does, so particular that it kept my mind at ease while my dress was there. Kyle & his staff are incredibly kind and caring for any gown that enters his store. When my gown was ready for delivery, the driver was so gentle, and delicate when delivering. I was more than just satisfied with their service, I was pleased with it. For 38 hrs we have appreciated Janis Davis impeccable service and extraordinary skills. They have cleaned and/or laundered draperies, silk quilts, formal wear, dress shirts, tablecloths, down coats, and more. Each fresh, expertly pressed garment arrives neatly hung or packaged. Our home pick up and delivery is reliable. Also, over the years not one item has been lost & when one piece was accidentally damaged, it was replaced at full value. Just used Janet Davis Cleaners for the first time. Loved the convenience of the pick up and delivery service! The women I spoke to to inquire about it was extremely helpful! I sent a shirt and 2 comforters. They picked up and delivered as they promised! My husbands shirt was boxed nicely as requested. One of the comforters still had a couple spots on it, but maybe because I didn’t tag the areas??

I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved at Janet Davis. Overall they did a nice job of cleaning my wedding dress and getting the dirt on the bottom of the dress out. Their prices are reasonable and I would go back to them. However, I found the drop off process to be really unsettling. I signed some waivers that the dress may not be able to be fully cleaned and that some beading may be damaged as a result of cleaning, which I understand Janet Davis using. However, the clerk kept repeating over and over that the dress probably wouldn’t be fully cleaned and could definitely get damaged which made me uncomfortable. I also had brought in my mothers veil to be cleaned, which they understandably refused given the age of the item. The same clerk tried to advise me to wash it myself using household cleaners – thankfully someone else overheard and stepped in to tell me NOT to do that, otherwise I would have destroyed this family heirloom. I left the drop off process feeling very concerned about what was going to happen to my dress. The work itself ended up being good but it wasn’t a great customer experience.

I have been using Janet Davis Cleaners for a few years now, and will never go back to any other dry cleaning service. They can take out tough stains, clean delicate/high-end fabrics and they always get returned looking brand new. The longevity of my clothing has been extended through using them. I love their delivery service, which saves me so much time and energy. They are all wonderful people- so professional and knowledgeable and thorough. Worth every penny. You truly get what you pay for. When I used other services, I would have to return with my items because the clothes were not cleaned properly. I’ve never had that issue here.

This is one of the best dry cleaners I’ve ever seen. I’ve been raving about their customer service since I started with them years ago when I lived in Royal Oak Michigan. I recently moved outside of their range as it relates to being able to perform delivery and pick up, but because the owner actually lives in my neighborhood they continue to take amazing care of me and my family!! This is a world class business!!

Janet Davis Cleaners does an outstanding job with my dry cleaning. They even arrange to pick up and deliver as well. I’ve had previous dry cleaners that did okay, but Janet Davis does an even better job washing and dry cleaning getting out any stains and eliminating long term staining around the collar. I’m extremely happy and will never leave. And I’ll recommend everyone to use Janet Davis Cleaners as well.
