You can request pickup and delivery by calling, texting, or signing up online. Once you’re set up, you’ll receive a link to your account in your service text messages, making it easy to manage your service anytime.

What days do you come to my area?

Pickup and delivery days are based on your neighborhood, with most areas serviced twice per week. We’ll confirm your specific days when you sign up.

Do I have to be home for the pickup or delivery?

No—most clients aren’t. Just leave your items in your preferred location, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long does it take to get my clothes back?

Most items are returned on your next scheduled service day. Household items typically take about a week, while specialty items may take a bit longer.

Is there a charge for pickup and delivery?

No—pickup and delivery is included with your service. You’re only charged for the items you send.

I don’t have a bag yet, how should I put my clothes out?

For your first pickup, just place your items in any bag and leave them where we’ve arranged. Mark it with your name and “Janet Davis Cleaners.” We’ll provide you with bags for future use.

Can I send in things like table linens and household items?

Yes—many of our clients include household items like table linens and bed linens with their regular garments. Everything is cleaned, finished, and returned ready to use.

What time do you usually pick up/drop off?

Pickup and delivery times vary by route, so we ask that your items are out by 8:30am on your service day. You’ll often see us around a similar time, though routes may change from time to time.

What if I have a special request or a spot I need you to look at?

Simply include a note in your bag with any details, and we’ll take care of it. If it’s something you’d like done consistently, we can add it to your preferences.

Can I get my clothes back faster than your regular schedule?

We generally follow your regular service schedule, but when timing matters, we’ll do our best to help. Just reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
