Leave Your Bag for Pickup
On your scheduled Tuesday or Friday, leave your garments at your designated pickup spot. You don’t need to be home.
We Clean, Finish & Return
Your items are cared for at our Berkley facility, then delivered back to your designated spot on the next service day (Friday or Tuesday). Some items like bedding and formalwear take additional time.

Which Detroit neighborhoods to you serve?
Our Detroit route covers the Woodward corridor, Palmer Woods, Sherwood Forest, Boston-Edison, Indian Village, University District, Green Acres, Arden Park-East Boston, Berry Subdivision, and Rosedale Park. If your neighborhood isn’t listed, please ask, we’re adding new areas all the time.
What are your Detroit pickup and delivery days?
Our Detroit service operates on Tuesdays and Fridays. We’ll return your items on Fridays and Tuesdays (you can send or receive items on either service day). We’ll confirm your service location (most customer choose their front door) and any other special instructions. Most of our customers are not home when we come by.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes, there are no delivery or service fees. You pay the same for pickup and delivery as you would in our location on Woodward.
Do I need to be home when you pickup or delivery my clothes?
No, most customers leave their items in a designated location, such as a front or side door. You choose this when you enroll.
What can I include in my pickup bag?
Everyday dry cleaning, shirts, fine garments, formalwear, bed linens, table linens, comforters, and many other household textiles can all be sent for professional care. Household items and some other formal items require additional time.
