When the day of delivery arrived, however, we had construction starting on our house that had been delayed. It was just a coincidence. I went back-and-forth via text about the best place to drop off the coat because we had work crews, dumpsters in the driveway, etc. The person I was interacting with was so sweet, and so patient with explaining to me how they could handle this. Usually I’m so worried about pissing off a business because things aren’t perfectly convenient, and they were the opposite. They were worried about my convenience.
