Our physical store and cleaning facility is at 27607 Woodward Avenue in Berkley, immediately across Woodward from Royal Oak. Royal Oak residents are welcome to visit us or use free pickup and delivery.
What are your hours if I visit the store?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. We are closed Sundays.
What days do you pick up and deliver in Royal Oak?
Our Royal Oak route runs on Tuesdays and Fridays. You may place a pickup bag at your designated location by 8:00am; routine garments are generally returned on the next applicable route day. Household and specialty items can take longer.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes. We do not charge a pickup or delivery fee. You can receive our professional garment care without having to drive to the store.
Do I have to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Most customers designate a safe, convenient place outside their home. We will review the details when your pickup and delivery service is established.
Do I have to send clothing every Tuesday or Friday?
No. Use the service when you need it. There is no requirement to put a bag out on every scheduled route day.
Can I drop off some items and have others picked up?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our Woodward Avenue store while also using our Royal Oak pickup and delivery service. Contact our team if you have special requests about a particular order.
What can I send in my pickup bag?
Dry-clean-only garments, laundered dress shirts, everyday clothing, fine fabrics, and many household textiles. For large comforters, formalwear, wedding gowns, or unusual items, we can advise on special handling and turnaround time.
