I had a very good experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I purchased my wedding dress in Florida and it got crumbled with the travel back home. They steamed it for me in short notice and also gave me a gift of goodies for the day of the wedding that I may need, ex thread, coffee spot cleaner, Kleenex etc. It was very thoughtful!
