How Pickup & Delivery Works
With Janet Davis Cleaners
1. Sign Up for Service
Complete our simple online form to get started. Once enrolled, we’ll assign your home to a service route based on your location. Most neighborhoods receive service on either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday.
2. Prepare Your Items
On your designated service days, place your garments in the provided bag and leave them at your chosen pickup spot by 8 a.m. Our driver will collect them during the scheduled route.
3. Expert Cleaning
Your items will be meticulously cleaned, pressed, and inspected by our experienced team, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality.
4. Delivery to Your Doorstep
Cleaned garments will be delivered back to your specified location on your next service day, providing you with consistent and convenient service without the need to schedule each time.

What happens after I sign up?
Once we receive your sign-up form, we’ll assign your pickup and delivery days and drop your personalized garment bag. We’ll also include clear instructions so you’re ready for your first service day.
Will my pricing stay the same?
Yes. We’re honoring Bob White Cleaners’ pricing for the first 12 months. Due to differences in billing systems, a few minor adjustments may appear, but your overall rates will remain consistent.
Will the owners of Bob White Cleaners be involved?
Yes. The owners are working with us behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition. Their continued involvement helps maintain the trusted care you’ve come to expect.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Most of our customers leave their items just outside their front door, and we return them to the same spot—securely and reliably. If that’s not ideal for your home, we’re happy to work with you to find the best pickup and delivery location together.
How will I know my items are safe and tracked?
Every item we clean is barcoded and carefully tracked from pickup to delivery. Our garment care process is built around consistency, accountability, and attention to detail—so your items are always in expert hands.
What areas do you serve?
We already serve many Bob White customers and cover the same communities through our twice-weekly pickup and delivery routes. Based on your address, we’ll match you to either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday service days.
Can I still drop off my clothes in person?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to visit our Berkley location on Woodward Avenue—just under 10 miles away—for in-person service.
