It is
with regret that I must inform you that we are stopping our service with
you. We have been given a wonderful opportunity to relocate overseas for two
years and we depart this week.
After
many years of shrinking shirts and poor finishes on our clothes from local
dry cleaners, Pat Manno convinced me to go to your service. Since doing so,
we have had only great, reliable service and clothes done properly. We
especially appreciate the wonderful service and professionalism of [our home
pickup and delivery driver] Craig, who always says hello and gives the
greatest care with our clothes.
We will
return in the Summer of 2012 and I look forward to resuming service with you
upon our return.
